Bedeschi Spa is a world leader in the production of turnkey solutions for large systems.

Request:

Creation of 3D models and drafting of a hopper construction drawing.

The customer provided the data and technical specifications, as well as all design constraints such as opening dimensions, overall dimensions, use of sheet metal and mountings.

Design

Starting from the datasheet provided by the customer, various options and solutions were explored for the fixing methods and material inlet/outlet areas. Subsequently, changes were made to the machine’s inclination angle, mobile partitions were introduced and interior protection systems installed.
